We are looking to recruit a part-time Mobile Housekeeper, with a sense of social purpose, to help improve the lives of others and make a lasting difference in the lives of children and adults throughout the County of Gloucestershire. Salary is up to £6,692 per annum (based on working 10 hours per week), dependent on relevant skills, experience and qualifications. ABOUT YOU We are inviting applications for the role of part-time Mobile Housekeeper, working across several of our Cheltenham based sites. To be successful in this role, the suitable candidate will be able to carry out tasks to a high standard, manage their own workload with minimum supervision, be highly motivated and committed, a good team player and be adaptable to changing priorities. Previous experience of working as a Housekeeper is essential. ABOUT THE ROLE The role will be based across several YMCA sites in Cheltenham, and as part of the role, some of the time will be allocated for regular and void cleaning. There may, on occasions, be a need to shift priorities. The role will be part of the Housekeeping and Maintenance team and take responsibility for ensuring all residents, tenants and staff experience living and working in quality facilities, with exceptional cleanliness and excellent service. The role is 37.5 hours a week, based at Cheltenham but working across all the sites. Salary is between £25,095 to £30,199 per annum, dependent on relevant skills, experience and qualifications. ABOUT YOU We are inviting applications for the role of Property & Maintenance Coordinator, based in Cheltenham but working across all of our sites. To be successful in this role, you will:- have relevant experience working in a building maintenance, repairs scheduling or property compliance role;
- have excellent administration skills and be confident in the use of technology, including electronic record-keeping and reporting;
- have a problem-solving approach, in order to deliver a high-quality customer experience and ensuring that the company is efficient, safe and proactive;
- have excellent interpersonal skills, be adaptable and able to handle people of all capabilities and attitudes;
- be used to working in a busy office and have the ability to manage your own workload with minimum supervision, to tight deadlines and to work well in a busy office environment;
- have a Level 3 in a relevant qualification or a desire to achieve this; and
- be able to drive and have access to your own transport.

ABOUT THE ROLE The Property & Maintenance Co-Ordinator is a newly formed role within the Property & Maintenance Team. You will be part of a busy team, providing day to day support to the organisation. You will be the first point of call for Property and Maintenance queries, emails and administrative tasks, and coordinating repairs and voids and compliance works. Alongside that, you will assist the Head of Property and Maintenance in compliance and other property related tasks. The role will help ensure that the Property & Maintenance Team runs smoothly and provides assistance both in the office and at our sites. You will be proactive in understanding the demands to the organisation’s properties, prioritising the works needed and identifying where your work can make the greatest impact in achieving the Charity’s aims and objectives. The role will assist in ensuring compliance of Health & Safety regulation in all areas relating to the physical work environment. The role will also assist in ensuring and supporting regulatory and legal compliance in all matters relating to the charity’s buildings, physical spaces, equipment, vehicles and other property owned or employed by the organisation.
