We are looking to recruit a part-time Pre School Lunchtime Supervisor, with a sense of purpose to help improve the lives of others and make a lasting difference in the lives of children. The role is 10 hours per week, working Monday to Friday (term-time only) Salary is up to £12.87 per hour - working 10 hours per week, term-time only. The salary is dependent on relevant skills, experience and qualifications.   ABOUT YOU We are inviting applications for the role of part time Pre School Lunchtime Supervisor.  To be successful in this role, you will have a Level 2 in a relevant field, or a desire to achieve this. Previous experience of working with children is desirable. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a team and also be able to manage their own workload with minimum supervision, have effective interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain good working relationships throughout the whole organisation.   ABOUT US YMCA Cheltenham, founded in 1855, is a registered charity and has become a leading provider of supported housing for the most vulnerable in Cheltenham and Gloucester, alongside other works - sports facilities, affordable housing and other charitable activities.

Now fully integrated, Family Space’s various activities now operate within YMCA Cheltenham’s portfolio of work and within its employment and governance structures.   ABOUT THE ROLE The Pre School, Lunchtime Supervisor is based at St Barnabas Church working in the Pre School Team for YMCA Cheltenham. They will help with lunch time supervision of the children and be available for overtime to support the Pre School provision.   ABOUT WHAT WE OFFER The organisation recognise that employees need a great work-life balance.
