We are looking to recruit a Pre School Practitioner Room Lead, based at Cherry Blossom Pre School, St Barnabas Church, Cheltenham, with a sense of social purpose to help improve the lives of others and make a lasting difference in the lives of children throughout the County of Gloucestershire.

The role is 35 hours a week, working Monday to Friday, 8.00am-3.30pm (term-time only).
Salary is up to £26,420 per annum, based on working 35 hours per week, term-time.
The salary is dependent on relevant skills, experience and qualifications.
We are inviting applications for the role of Pre School Practitioner Room Lead, based at Cherry Blossom Preschool, St Barnabas Church, Cheltenham.
The successful candidate will require a Level 3 in a relevant field, in order to meet Ofsted requirements, along with 2-3 years’ experience of working in a preschool setting. You will also ideally, have previous experience working as an Early Years’ Room Lead.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Pre School Practitioner – Room Lead is based at St Barnabas Church, working in the Preschool Team. They will be the lead for the 3-4- year-old class and will help ensure that the children have a safe, high quality educational and interesting visit each and every day. They will also work closely with the Manager and Deputy Manager, considering the day-to-day running of the setting, and ensure their class is delivering high-quality care and early education at all times
